If you're not happy with your lifetime purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund — no detailed explanation required.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us. Email anton.shvecov92@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, your order or transaction ID.
2. Processing. We aim to confirm and process eligible refund requests within 7 business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Lifetime purchases

Reader Mode is sold as a single one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel or renew. The 14-day window above applies to that one charge; after 14 days, the purchase is considered final, in line with the "pay once, use forever" nature of the product.

What isn't covered

We may decline a refund request in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or where the request falls well outside the windows above. We'll always explain why if we decline a request.
